We want your crackers and fireworks to reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms below, as fireworks are classified goods and are subject to special handling rules.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during festival seasons (such as Diwali) may take slightly longer due to high demand.

Delivery Time

• Local (within the district): 2–4 business days
• Within the state: 4–7 business days
• Other states: 7–12 business days, where delivery is legally permitted

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable charges are shown clearly before you place your order.

Important — Fireworks Transport Restrictions

Fireworks are regulated items. As per government and courier regulations, delivery may be restricted or unavailable in certain regions and by air transport. If we are unable to ship to your location, our team will contact you and arrange a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details on your registered phone number or email. You can also view your order status under My Orders.
